(These times have been created to allow
the necessary time to complete cleaning, room flips, answer voicemails and prepare for our evening shift.)

Registered guests must be
21 years or older and onsite,
with qualifying identification and qualifying debit/credit card to be able to rent a room
NO EXCEPTION.

Registered Guests are
REQUIRED
to be onsite for stay.

Qualifying identification:
• State ID • Driver’s License • Passport

Bank Debit or Credit Card

A Qualifying Card
MUST be put on file
at time of check in,
the name of the registrant
must match the name
on the qualifying card.
(Cards that qualify are either a debit or credit card
from a recognized financial institution.
We do not accept Paypal, Cashapp or other alternative platforms as a suitable card on file substitute.)

The owners reserve the right
to cancel or terminate a stay
at any time.

Examples as to what may terminate a stay:

Illicit drugs/drug use will NOT be tolerated. The grounds are monitored, if a guest arrives and appears to be on illicit drugs or begins to have excessive visits.

If a guest is being demeaning, aggressive or downright rude.

Abusive behavior
WILL NOT
be tolerated

whether it be
to Ourselves,
our Staff,
our Guests
or our Grounds.

If a guest has a notation on their account,
due to prior incidence, behavior or the condition in which the room was left after their previous stay.

If a guest has been reminded of the policies multiple times and continues to have infractions.

Children must be accompanied by an of age Legal Guardian.

Parents are responsible for monitoring their children
at all times.


Currently the Royal Oak Inn does allow pets.
(At Owner Discretion, failure to adhere to policy will lead to termination of stay.)

Pets MUST be a year
or older and potty trained.

Pets MUST NEVER be left unattended in room with out being properly kenneled

Pets Owner is responsible

for providing kennel.

Pets MUST be leashed
when on grounds.

(This prevents potential issues
with other guests or their pets)

All solids deposited by pet must be removed from grounds via the Pets owner and disposed of properly into waste bin receptacle
under the stairwell.

NO SMOKING OF
ANYTHING IN ROOMS,
IN FRONT OF ROOMS
OR WITH DOOR OPEN
OR IN DOORWAYS.
(Fees WILL be assessed beginning at $250.00,
plus cleaning and shut down costs.)

FOOD/DRINKS NEED TO BE
DISPOSED OF PROPERLY.
We provide waste bins inside and outside.
(Excessive cleaning fees WILL be charged. Photographic documentation and
detailed description of time and methods used
to recover room when incident is discovered
and will be provided to the financial institution
during time of charge as proof.)

DAMAGES and MISSING ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED
TO CARD ON FILE.
(Examples, not limited to, include:
MAKEUP, FOOD AND DRINK, CLAY, BLOOD, OILS STAINS, Physical Damages, Missing Items Etc.)

One of our biggest expenses

is the cost to replace
damaged, soiled, and missing linens and towels.

If you have an extra dirty job simply ask the office for a few work towels.

THE ROCK WASHING STATION IS THE ONLY ACCEPTABLE PLACE TO WASH ROCKS

GUESTS are RESPONSIBLE to TURN OFF THE WATER
when DONE

Washing of rocks in the rooms, outside the rooms or parking lot will NOT be permitted.
(This is a very simple and cost preventative policy. Failure to adhere to this policy
WILL result in repair costs and/or clean up costs
to prevent further damages.)

Fee Structures.

Enforcement is at the Owner's discretion
and on a case-by-case standard.

Factors rely heavily on recovery
and time lost due to incidents.
